Social Upgrade

We want to provide every user with the opportunity to use our platform, regardless of various potential limits, so we have provided a social upgrade mechanism. Now every rat starting from Gen3 will be able to upgrade their asset and get the highest rank NFT. Only Genesis will remain inaccessible - you can only buy it and then enjoy the widest range of its unique privileges.

Karma is an intra-platform social currency that is converted into a GRS at the end of each sprint. This allows every user to earn fairly and transparently up to user’s activity on the GreedyRats platform.

Users earn karma and at the end of the sprint in each category the top 100 among Gen3 and the top 30 among Gen2 are selected and further will be moved to Gen2 and Gen1 respectively.

During the whole next sprint holders of updated NFTs can enjoy the benefits of their new NFT rank. At the end of the sprint, the top 50 will stay in their new rank for another sprint, but the rest will be returned to Gen3. Similarly with Gen2->Gen1. Half of those who were upgraded to Gen1 would remain in their new rank, and the other half would return to Gen2 and participate in a new social lift selection in the next sprint.
