Genrats uses GRG token system as a membership in a DAO. This means that owners get access to the member-only content, voting, token-gated chats, etc. The complex of our software solutions involves frequent refinement and changes in functionality. The most active users will be able to vote for product development with their tokens. All platform participants holding governance tokens (GRG token) have the right to vote.

Our goal is to constantly improve the utility and decentralization of the token through user voting.

Token holders will be able to vote on proposals related to tokens through decentralized governance.

Offers will include topics such as:

• distribution of token reserves

• voting on grants to developers for a specific feature

• activation of daily rewards

• changes in the minting of tokens

Other categories of proposals can be added through the respective decentralized governance processes.

In order to add a proposal for voting, a person needs to own a certain threshold of tokens, which will be determined later.

The Foundation has the right to propose for voting issues that are considered positive for the ecosystem as a whole, and will act as an intermediary in curating proposals that will be voted on by all token holders. All proposals successfully supported by users will be implemented as appropriate and as soon as possible, taking into account commercial and technological implementation limitations.
